- How far in advance should I book a transfer?
- We take online bookings 24 hours a day and recommend booking at least a day ahead for long-distance trips. Short-notice pickups within three hours are accepted subject to a driver being free, and we confirm those by phone or email before your card is charged.
- Do you cover all of North India?
- Yes. Our driver network covers Delhi NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir and Bihar — airport pickups, city-to-city runs, hotel transfers, rural addresses and multi-day itineraries. Pickups outside our regular coverage areas may include a driver-travel component, which is shown in your quote before you pay.
- Is the price I see the price I pay?
- Your quote is a fixed, GST-inclusive price for the vehicle you choose. It already includes airport parking, tolls and any after-hours loading, so nothing is added afterwards. Extra stops, waiting time and changes you request on the day are the only things that can alter the total.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
- Give us your flight number when you book and we monitor the arrival, adjusting the pickup time at no extra cost. If a delay pushes your trip into the next day, we reschedule rather than charge you twice.
- How do I pay, and can I pay a deposit?
- Payment is by secure card checkout through Stripe. You can pay the full fare upfront or place a 20% or 50% deposit and settle the balance by card link or in cash with your driver.
- Can you carry luggage, child seats or larger groups?
- Tell us the number of passengers and bags and the booking form recommends a vehicle that fits. Child seats, wheelchairs and oversized items such as skis or golf clubs can be arranged — add them to the notes and we confirm before your trip.
